The Crossings at Eastchase

The Crossings at Eastchase follows the Masterpiece Living lifestyle for residents of memory care, assisted living and independent living areas of the community. This philosophy focuses on holistic wellness, encouraging physical, mental, social and spiritual wellness through daily care and activities. When they need it, residents can get help with activities of daily living, including medication management and bathing assistance. Staff provides Successful Aging Coaching throughout the day and also provides purposeful programming to help encourage individual growth with each resident. Small pets are welcome to come to this community with their owners. Most apartments have full kitchens, but residents do have the option to dine with the community if they wish. All apartments are equipped with private bathrooms.
