Promenade at University Place

Located right next to the University at Albany's main campus, Promenade at University Place provides seniors with a comfortable, safe place to spend their retirement years. The cozy studio apartments range in size from 292 to 320 square feet, and each one is equipped with a private bathroom with a barrier-free shower. Residents can spend their days enjoying a game of cards with their neighbors, taking a cooking class or creating artwork in the arts and crafts studio.
