Wyoming Manor Personal Care Center

Since 1993, Wyoming Manor Personal Care Center has offered specialized care services for seniors in a home-like setting. Its assisted living program allows seniors to remain independent while providing help and support with dressing, bathing, medications, transportation and other daily living tasks. A team of physicians, nurses and care staff ensures the medical needs of residents are met. Seniors enjoy a variety of engaging activities that are suited to their own interests, hobbies and passions. Meals, housekeeping and laundry services are also provided to make life easier for individuals living independently. For those with dementia, Alzheimer's and other cognitive impairments, the community's memory care program offers open living spaces and secured outdoor areas. Wyoming Manor's PATH program is designed to improve the well-being of seniors and reduce readmissions to the hospital.
