Quail Park of Lynnwood

The average age of our residents is in the mid-80s, but we have many residents in their late 60s/early 70s, and some in their 90s. It’s a great mix of experience! Our residents enjoy exercising with our daily group classes (yoga, tai chi, balance, etc.) and one-on-one with our Physical Development Director. Learn more about our programs and activities below.

We offer scheduled transportation for medical appointments, shopping, and fun outings. We also provide a concierge for special trips. Maybe you want to go to Benaroya for a concert with the Seattle Symphony, or you need to be dropped off at the airport for a trip to Mexico. We can get you there!

Our Chef and cooks have created a delightful and delicious food and beverage experience. Offering gourmet ingredients and fresh market fare, they’ve crafted an appetizing dining palate for you. Start your day in the bistro with morning coffee, espresso, and anytime snacks. Or choose to keep it casual at the Pub with burgers or fish & chips topped off with a beer or glass of wine. Save room to enjoy a gourmet meal in the Rainier Dining Room with scrumptious and intriguing meals and a bountiful Sunday brunch offering. Or choose the Olympic dining room for an interactive dining experience. A state-of-the-art Emergency Call System is available in every apartment and throughout the community.

In addition to the normal modes of communication, i.e. phone calls, texts, and emails, we use Red Flag to inform our residents and their families about general life at Quail Park. With Red Flag, you receive an automated communication via your mode of choice.

Professional Care Team Medication Assistance Licensed Nurse & Medication

Quail Park is pet friendly and we love our furry friends. There are lots of spaces outside for dogs to walk (on a leash).

Our professional team is trained to serve and guide residents in assisted living and memory care (Tribute). Our Tribute staff has been PAC (Positive Approach to Care) trained through Teepa Snow’s program. All of our care partners are NACs, LPNs, and RNs.

Our memory care (Tribute) area is secure so that resident's can't wander away. However, there is a beautiful garden and veranda so that they can safely enjoy time outdoors.
