Here at Hillsong Senior Living and Hospice, we are dedicated to quality care for residents, serving all residents with dignity, respect and compassion. We see our residents as whole individuals and treat them like family. The owner, Carina, has been a nurse for over 10 years. Carina has spent most of her nursing career caring for the elderly and has an extensive background in Hospice care. Our home, located on a quiet cul-de-sac street in the foothills of the San Bernardino National Forest, is ideal for residents who could benefit from having experienced staff who are trained by a medical professional. Our Services: Our 24-hour care staff provides assistance with all levels of activities of daily living (e.g. help with dressing, bathing, incontinence care, ambulation, help out of bed, etc.). We encourage and support resident independence. We are a memory care licensed facility which means we are licensed to provide care for residents with dementia and/or Alzheimer's. Our highly trained staff works with our residents on a daily basis to support them through their memory loss. Our services also include nutritious meals, personal care, help with medication, a program of activities and transportation to and from doctor appointments and providing end of life care for hospice residents. In addition to supportive physical care, we feel it is important to assist residents with their spiritual needs as well. Our rates are based on our evaluation of the level of care.
