Brookdale Irvine is located in a beautiful park-like setting on the corner of Marquette and Harvard. Our community offers onsite walking paths that connect to Mason Region Park for easy access. University Town Center is within walking distance where you will find a multitude of restaurants, shopping, and movies. Some University Town Center highlights are Target, Trader Joes, Post Office, Peets Coffee, In and Out, Edward’s Theatre and much more! Campus Town Center is just a minute’s drive and offers residents Sav-on, Albertsons, Starbucks, and more!

Brookdale Irvine provides residents scheduled transportation 7 days/ week to the local surrounding areas. This includes Hoag Newport and Irvine, Kaiser, Fashion Island, Oasis and Irvine Senior Centers, and more. Residents are welcome to use our transportation for doctors’ appointments, shopping, or other social events. This transportation includes a town car, as well as a handicapped accessible bus.

Brookdale Irvine offers restaurant style dining all day, anytime, from 7am-7p. Our head Chef has put together four full menus all with a wide variety of soups, salads, entrées, and desserts to please every palate. All menus at Brookdale Irvine are developed by a registered dietician to deliver the highest quality and comply with the nutrition requirements of each resident. We offer 9 different diet options and are capable of honoring many personal preferences. Resident input on menus, recipes, and suggestions are highly desired. Do you have a famous home cooked recipe? We want to learn it! All menu options can be customized with Brookdale’s Signature Seasonings. This program allows residents to personalize flavor with our unique blend of low sodium seasonings.

Brookdale Irvine provides residents and their families with peace of mind knowing assistance is always readily available. Our community is staffed by concierge services 24/7, resident care associates 24/7, and licensed vocational nurses 24/7. All residents are provided a wireless emergency response pendent which can signal for assistance and locate a resident in need. Health and Wellness is monitored through Brookdale programs such as: Personal Service Assessments, Health Status Reviews, Nutrition Tracker and At Risk Program, Falls Management Program, and Drug Reviews.

Brookdale Irvine holds scheduled care conferences to verify that the resident is receiving the care services they want and need. Our community leadership team coordinates individualized wellness needs in collaboration with the resident’s family and care providers. The participation of family members in these care conferences is very important. Your valuable input contributes greatly to the care and services your loved one receives and enables us to be certain we are meeting expectations. Brookdale Irvine’s staffing adjusts to meet the changing needs of our residents. Staff hours adjust according to the acuity needs of our resident’s unique care plans. Each resident will have a tailored plan, unique to them, and staffed accordingly.

Brookdale Irvine is Pet Friendly for both cats and dogs. We have beautiful grounds with walking paths that are perfect for dog walking! Even a pet waste station!

All staff, in all departments, are required to complete ongoing monthly training on a variety of topics including safety, caregiving, elder abuse, emergency preparedness, state regulations and more. Licensed Vocational Nurses are also required to keep their license current.
