Community mealtime feels like a special event and is always enjoyed in the company of neighbors. Choose from rotating menus of nutritious, chef-prepared dishes made with fresh ingredients and served to your table by friendly staff who know your tastes and preferences. Menus are planned to meet your nutritional needs, and we easily accommodate special dietary requests. You can check out one of our sample menus on our website.

Ages range from about 70-100+. Average residents are in their 80’s. Active population and activities include socials, walking club, fitness classes, gardening, games, trivia…

Reminders are provided and prompting to come to meals. We can also provide finger foods if and when needed and feeding assistance if necessary.

We offer scheduled transportation. Drivers provide residents with a ride to appointments and group outings by car or accessible bus.

We don’t have “ratios” We staff to the number of residents and their specific needs. We always have 2-3 staff members here over night.

Team members monitor residents’ well-being during mealtimes, medication passes and care services, and more often as needed. Hallways, common areas and apartments are illuminated to aid the visually impaired and help prevent falls. A comprehensive plan is in place to safely evacuate residents in the event of an emergency.

Emerald Valley Assisted Living & Memory is located less than 10 minutes away from San Ramon Regional Medical Center in San Ramon California. Stanford Valley Care Medical Center is less than 15 minutes away in Pleasanton California.

Emerald Valley will allow pet family members to move in and will provide a pet relief station outside of the community.
