Grace Pointe Continuing Care Senior Campus

Grace Pointe Senior Care Community brings independence and stability to seniors' lives with its skilled nursing, memory care, independent living and assisted living programs. To foster engaging, meaningful experiences for residents, the community staffs a full-time activities director to keep its calendar filled with enjoyable, stimulating daily programming. Every month, Grace Pointe holds Lunch & Learn events for residents and their family members, equipping families with actionable information about seniors' care needs. The community has exercise equipment that mimics real-world functions, empowering seniors to stay independent and avoid injury. One of its two dedicated physical therapy rooms is home to an Alter G Anti-Gravity Treadmill, which allows seniors to get aerobic exercise without straining their joints, tendons or muscles. Grace Pointe is dedicated to valuing residents' wishes, as care coordinators actively incorporate residents' preferences and interests when creating personalized care plans.
