The restaurant-style dining room prepares fresh seasonal meals with customized menu items offered for seniors with special dietary needs. Daily activities include group exercise classes, live musical entertainment, happy hour socials and off-site outings. The grounds feature a chapel, beauty salon, library, media room and pool. Pets are welcome to live with their owners in the resident's choice of studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments with screened balconies.

FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
We will have a total of 32 assisted living apartments. Our demographic is to be determined as we are not open yet.
We will offer a variety such as water therapy in our heated outdoor pool, fitness center onsite, daily exercise, art classes, gardening. We will build according to the interest of our residents once we open.
At least 20 restaurants, doctors, shopping, etc is within 1/2 mile of us. Bob Evans is right up the street!
A 12 passenger air conditioned van with a wheelchair lift for local appointments, shopping, etc. (included in the base rent)
All day dining from 7 am to 7 pm, 2 entrees offered as specials with lunch and dinner. Many choices prepared by our chef who owned his own restaurant (very popular one in New Smyrna Beach) and is very excited to prepare his delights for our residents.
Pull chords all restrooms, pendants available for IL residents (one time purchase), pendants given to all AL residents.
Through email, fb posts, calls for special events, newsletters and notices by the front concierge desk.
We staff according to AHCA standards by resident and care hours.
We do accept dogs and cats. Residents must be able to take care of them by themselves. We have a nice lawn area and wide sidewalks all around the building for walking your pet. In the future, we are installing a dog park.
Regular monthly training on items that are needed to be reinforced. All care staff must go through a dementia training, our ECC license training, et al.
Secured memory care areas including a high walled safely enclosed outdoor courtyard for their wandering pleasure!
