Benton House offers seniors the opportunity to age in place, transitioning from assisted living into memory care as their needs change. For both units, professional caretakers are on hand night and day for gentle assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, reminders and mobility assistance if needed, including lifts. The community is laid out for ease of movement, with plenty of open spaces and comfortable furniture for residents to relax and enjoy a good book or quiet conversation. To encourage socialization, different activities are planned throughout the week, including games and "brain teasers" to help retain cognitive abilities. Light exercise, including chair yoga, is offered, or seniors may choose to take a walk around the private, secure lawn. Three tasty meals are prepared on-site with fresh ingredients and served in the spacious dining room. Transportation is provided.
What Residents are Saying:
A lovely, newly built facility and kind, caring staff are the highlights of many reviews. Says one family member of a resident, "Benton House is brand new at only two years old and absolutely beautiful. The people were so friendly, outgoing, and talked to my mom. It had a wide open dining room, beautiful kitchen with all granite, and snacks out all the time."

Our Methodology

It’s not what we research, but the way we research that makes stand out. We start by identifying problems and challenges in the senior care industry by gaining insight from conversations with industry professionals, older adults, and those that care for them. Next, our research team led by industry experts apply our data-driven research techniques to understand the magnitude of the challenge and how to overcome it. Finally, we present our findings in easy-to-understand guides and studies and share our actionable results with influencers and caregivers, as well as the general public.
