Celebration Villa of Manresa is an independent and assisted living community located in Annapolis, Maryland. At Celebration Villa, our focus is to support our residents independence and overall wellness. We treat all residents as respected members of our family. We understand the importance of our residents having a feeling of connection, community, comfort, and care. Celebration Villa of Manresa is a restored historic estate set on 20 acres along the Severn River. Many residents find themselves relaxing on our waterfront porch, taking in the beautiful view, and rocking the afternoon away.
