FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
We have a diverse population from age, nationality to religion. Our average age is 87. Our residents enjoy; BINGO, Wii- Bowling, Zumba, outings, movies, arts and crafts
We offer different spiritual services, different exercise programs, Community Ambassador program, art, crafts, and out reach programs, current events, and more
Wallgreens, Seasons grocery store, Tuesdays Farmers Market
We offer transportation to doctors appointments on Mondays and Wednesdays
Our Chef James has been with Sunrise for 15yrs. His team offers a variety of breakfast items. For lunch we have 2 main course and an always available menu. Beer and wine is available upon request. Our dinning room is a restaurant feel with a home cooked meal.
We don't have a resident to staff ratio we staff by the acuity of our residents regarding their levels of care. The higher the level of cares meaning our residents need more assistance, the more man power we receive to offset the care needed. Due to this we will always have more staff than our competitors.
We have a community dog.
If resident has a dog or cat it needs to be 25lbs or less, they have to be able to care for the pet and we have a courtyard for them to go out and a walking path
We have once a month Town Hall to go over all state requirements and our own Sunrise trainings. At times we will call on our partners like therapy to help with an in-service or other resources to assist us as needs arise.
We offer memory care which we call our Reminiscences neighborhood.
