Tribute at Black Hill is conveniently located in the heart of the master-planned community of Black Hill, which provides easy access to numerous shopping and dining venues as well as parks and walking paths. Its care team is on-hand 24/7 to help with everything from medication coordination to assistance with activities of daily living, including grooming, hygiene and dressing. The community's unique early intervention program focuses on those with mild cognitive impairments who aren't ready for memory care support. In addition to scheduled transportation, weekly housekeeping and laundry services are also available. Residents have access to all on-site amenities, such as the beauty salon, art studio and deluxe outdoor patio. Three chef-prepared meals are served daily in the main dining hall and snacks, and beverages are available throughout the day.
