Allerton House
1-Bedroom Apartments
Assisted Living
Assisted Living: $6,923
Allerton House at the Village at Duxbury is a 38-acre assisted living community on the South Shore of Boston. Certified resident care staff, under the leadership of an RN, are available 24-hours a day and are happy to provide help with any request, from daily tasks such as bathing and grooming to more specialized care, including emergency responses and medication management. Transportation to medical appointments are complimentary, and should the need arise, residents have priority to sister rehab and skilled nursing locations. The on-site chef prepares and serves meals all day long in the dining room, and the cafe offers a quiet spot to read the newspaper or chat with a friend. Residents can exercise and stay fit in the fitness center and walking paths or have fun in one of the daily social and entertainment activities.

Our Methodology

It’s not what we research, but the way we research that makes stand out. We start by identifying problems and challenges in the senior care industry by gaining insight from conversations with industry professionals, older adults, and those that care for them. Next, our research team led by industry experts apply our data-driven research techniques to understand the magnitude of the challenge and how to overcome it. Finally, we present our findings in easy-to-understand guides and studies and share our actionable results with influencers and caregivers, as well as the general public.
