FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
Brighton Gardens offers a wide variety of activates. Our activity calendar is always full; residents enjoy weekly outings, Yoga, Bingo, Bocce Ball, Short Stories club and so much more. We are always open to new activates, residents are suggesting things and we are adding new activates all the time. Our Activity calendar is available to view on our website.
We are located right near Verona Park. Residents enjoy picnicking there during the spring and summer months. We are close to Essex Green Shopping Center where residents enjoy going to the movies, dining out, and shopping at Macys.
Brighton Gardens provides transportations to our activates outside the community. Our residents go to ShopRite, local stores, restaurants, and the movies on a weekly basis.
Our residents always have options! If you don't like that is being served, we offer a complete list of substitutions that you can lave at any meal
We believe in open lines of communication. We want our families to feel comfortable in reaching out to our staff to ask questions about their loved ones care. Our residents have monthly well-visit with our wellness nurse. Our community also prides itself on our Monthly newsletter called "The Happenings". families can view our newsletter online, as well as pick up a copy of it at the front desk when they come to visit.
We are a pet friendly community! Residents are allowed to have a pet as long as they can care for it. We have several residents who currently have a pet. We also have a community cat names Happy. Harry spend most of is time in the activity room, but he can be scene in the living room soaking up the sun, or at the front desk enjoying time with some of our residents.
Our memory care neighborhood called "Reminiscence" is a locked neighborhood for residents with dementia. This secured environment allows residents to be safe.
