Atria Cranford is a vibrant senior living community located in very close proximity to Rahway River Park and the downtown area. Residents receive complete assessments conducted by nurses to evaluate their physical and emotional status before moving into the community. Further assessments are conducted at least once every quarter or as required by care staff. Its assisted living services cater to residents' general well-being through its four levels of wellness: exercise, nutrition, connection and goals.
