FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
We do allow for pets with a non-refundable $1000 deposit. Resident MUST be able to take care of the dog or cat no more than 18-30 pounds. There is an abundance of grassy outdoor areas. Breed of pet must be approved by Executive Director

Our dining program is ultimately managed by our corporate offices. All our meals are cooked with flavor but no salt. We offer diets with low sodium, and low sugar, and new to our diets is Vegetarian.
76-80, anything with recreation - trips shopping, event trips, BBQs, games, the usual :) We have Satellite TV at a nominal cost and free wifi.
20 mile radius to Doctor appointments prescheduled on Tuesday's and Thursday's.
In person, phone calls, emails if necessary and even text.
Downtown Yorktown Heights is a 5 min ride w/ Taxi or Uber - many restaurants and stores. Also, on Crompond Road 10 min away there is Trader Joes, BJ's Party City, and so much more.
24/7 staff support/assistance, front doors are locked at 8pm. We have a pendant system that works within the community for emergencies (one -time $100 fee unless lost, pay to replace)
We are not equipped to safely manage wandering or exit-seeking residents.
