Our community is the only one in Greenville with keypad-entry secured access, ensuring the safety of your loved one at all times.
We provide a variety of educational programs for our staff, including in-person coaching and online courses to keep our team members fresh and up-to-date on all of the topics they need to provide the best care possible
The members of our Dining team have a wide variety of experience, from residential communities to the hospitality industry and fine dining venues. They strive to include southern specialties as well as resident requested recipes in their daily menu.
Our management team is readily accessible at all times, with management presence on site 7 days a week. We are always available to help with needs or address concerns in real time, and keep our residents and family members well-informed with regular email updates and personal phone calls. Formal Care Plan meetings are scheduled regularly.
Programs- We strive to meet all of our residents’ interests and abilities, and we do this by personalizing the calendar to reflect their own suggestions, as well as ensuring that we are meeting all of the six Dimensions of Wellness (Physical, Intellectual, Social, Spiritual, Emotional and Purposeful) in a way that keeps them active and most importantly, adds fun to every day!
We are in the heart of the medical district and within a mile of the primary providers for our area. Within a five mile radius, we have access to the best Arts, Entertainment and Dining that Greenville has to offer.
Although we do not have a specialized Memory Care program, we recognize that memory loss happens across a spectrum, and someone’s cognition may decline over time. For this reason, our caregivers are trained in the best method of approach to help residents experiencing symptoms of early dementia remain successful for as long as possible, while our management team is able to help you navigate the process of finding a more appropriate setting if this becomes necessary.
The average age range of our residents is 78-90. However, we can take residents as young as 65 and we have a lady who recently celebrated her 101st birthday!
Our caregivers are staffed 24 hours a day, and rather than staffing to the number of residents, our Resident Assessment process ensures that staffing is in line with the care needs of our current residents.
We not only welcome pets, we are able to provide assistance in caring for your furry friend. We are also the only community in Greenville with a fully-enclosed courtyard where they can enjoy a safe space to experience the outdoors.
We offer transportation services for medical appointments, shopping and social outings in our own handicapped accessible van.
