Stonebridge Assisted Living & Memory Care

Nestled in the small coastal neighborhood of Hampstead, NC, Woodbury Wellness Center-Stonebridge is a senior community that provides assisted living and memory care services. Care staff is available 24 hours a day to lend residents a hand with bathing, dressing, managing medications and other daily needs. The campus has an on-site physician and registered nurse to handle medical issues and is just a short drive from New Hanover Medical Center should an emergency occur. Stonebridge partners with Culinary Services Group to prepare and serve made-from-scratch meals, beverages and desserts in the dining area.
