Average age is early to late 80's. We have a very active group of residents who choose all the activities and outings each month.
We offer activities that enrich your mind, body, and spirit through music, fitness classes, art, and theater. We offer a variety of outings each week and all our activities are selected by the residents who live here. This ensures there is something for everyone. We also offer individualized activities for our residents who prefer to stay in their rooms.
We are close to the new Bridge Street Shopping Center and Entertainment District.
We offer transportation to and from personal appointments with advanced notice. We are also on the Cota Bus Line and are one of the pick-up and drop off locations for the Dublin City SHARE Bus.
Our residents are presented with a personalized menu at each meal that caters to their specific needs and preferences. Our team of chefs are dedicated to preparing all meals from fresh, local ingredients that are preferred by our current resident population. Our menu is adjusted quarterly to ensure seasonal ingredients are used to craft our residents meals.
Our doors are alarmed and our front door is unlocked from the hours of 8am-8pm when we have a concierge available.
We have a personalized communication plan for each resident to ensure that the appropriate family member is contact at their preferred frequency.
Our variable staffing model is based on what our residents need, how much time they need with their Designated Care Manager, and what their personal routines are. We are able to accommodate the highest level of care allowed by the state of Ohio because of this model. We have an 83% retention rate for our team because we can staff appropriately for each shift.

We hold monthly and annual trainings for each of our Sunrise systems. We have a 100% training compliance rate. This ensures that every team member is 100% compliant with Sunrise standards and training.
