We are in Allentown, PA but on the cusp of Bethlehem, PA Mid-Rise Community Our community has 67 units Private Companion Apartments, One Bedroom, One Bedroom with a Den, Two Bedroom and One Bathroom, Two Bedroom and Two Bathrooms Included in the rent: Three meals a day, Transportation up to a 10-mile radius, Emergency Pendant, Weekly Laundry Services, Housekeeping services, Basic Cable, Community Internet, Routine Maintenance, and Recreational activities and programming. All utilities included. We are a pet-friendly community Community Features: Bistro, Activities Room, Restaurant-Style Dining Room, Private dining room, Conference Room, Concierge services, shuffleboard, Pool Table, Indoor putting green, raised gardens, Walking trail, reading area, movie room, gaming area, outdoor sitting area, reserved parking for residents. Apartment Features: Large spacious apartments, full-size kitchen, large closets, private patio and balconies, carpet and vinyl flooring, emergency pull cords, walk-in showers, individually controlled heat, and a/c. We offer 4 Levels of Care We are staffed 24hrs a day, 7 days a week Visiting physicians, on-site physical, occupational and speech therapy On-site hair salon We offer respite care minimal stay 2 weeks up to 60 days, starting at $150 per day
