Country Meadows of York West

Located just off Routes 74 and 30, Country Meadows of York is located centrally in the city and within easy driving distance of most major northwest PA cities. The assisted living, memory care and independent living community support the continuing care model so that residents can age in place with their friends. Assisted living community members have access to three restaurant-style meals a day prepared by a chef and can take advantage of scheduled transportation. In addition, outside of receiving basic assistance with activities throughout the day, assisted living residents are invited to visit the fitness center and receive personalized workout programs from a trainer and participate in the Vibrant Community Life program, which includes outings, gatherings, and scheduled entertainment.
