FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
Most of our Assisted Living residents enjoy bingo as well as gardening as our biggest crowd pleasers. The average age range for these residents is between mid 70s to mid 80s.
In assisted living, in addition to our life enrichment programs, we also offer music and memory to help those showing cognitive decline to engage their brain through the healing power of music.
Our Independent and Assisted residents enjoy our scheduled transportation which is offered to take residents to doctors appointments as well as local shopping trips. Our Assisted Living residents can also sign up to receive doctor's visits in the comfort of their own home.
We offer pull cords to our Assisted Living residents in addition to frequent checks.
Our staff receives both online and in person training. Our online portal for training has deadlines by which the modules must be completed and there are tests to take at the end to make sure that the concept has been understood. Our in person training is in depth as well as informative as well as relevant to what we are experiencing at any given time.
