Caregivers in the Life Plan Community use tailored care plans to assist with day-to-day activities, including bathing, dressing and medication management. Residents can enjoy diverse activities to nourish their mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, such as art and crafts, music, flower arranging, indoor fishing, games, movies, educational classes, bible studies, worship studies and excursions. The physical wellness program includes personal training, simple weights, meditation, balance training and exercise classes.
