The Bridge at Hickory Woods

The Bridge at Hickory Woods is located 30 minutes southeast of downtown Nashville, Tennessee. Caregivers support residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing and grooming, and wellness checks. For residents requiring specialized medical services, the Life Care Center of Hickory Woods is located on the same campus. While the calendar includes field trips for lunch and shopping, residents may participate in group games, book clubs, exercise classes and socials. Communal areas include fireside living rooms and specialized areas such as a fitness room and library. Outside, walking paths link landscaped courtyards and shaded patios. In the dining room, staff serve three home-cooked meals per day and make accommodations for many diets. Transportation is available for medical appointments.
