Just off of Interstate 10, Golden Stage Assisted Living is located in a laid-back suburban neighborhood nestled in the northern outskirts of San Antonio, less than 10 minutes away from numerous parks, country clubs and retail outlets. The community's live-in caregivers assist residents with daily living tasks, ranging from room cleaning to laundry and medication management services. To fully meet residents' holistic care needs, the community regularly schedules visits from local medical practitioners, giving residents the convenience of in-home primary care visits. Golden Stage Assisted Living's private apartment-style living areas come decked out with high-speed wireless internet, telephone service, cable television and complete furniture arrangements.

FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
The average age of our population is 83 years of age. Each of our residents enjoys different activities, from working on puzzles, to painting on canvas, playing boardgames, and having a spa day.
We live in a very peaceful and beautiful neighborhood where residents can enjoy nice walks, watch deer, and enjoy the country feel. There are multiple Churches around our residence to fulfill the different interests of our community.
We provide transportation services for our residents as needed to appointments, or anything else they might need.
We tailor our meals to each of our residents. In our community, our residents are encouraged to tell us what they like and we provide those meals for them. We also have a very extensive menu to use if our residents want to experiment something different.
We have cameras outside of our residence to monitor our property and keep our residents safe. Our doors have a double lock safety feature from the inside and outside, keeping our residents safe at home. We also work on a per case basis to provide any additional safety feature required for our residents
We work closely with families to understand how they want to be informed about their loved ones. We like to send pictures a few times a week to show the families how their loved ones are doing. Additionally, we have a monthly newsletter, a facebook page in which we post pictures with the family's consent, and we stay in close communication with the families as desired.
During daytime hours, our staff-to-resident ratio is currently 2 caregivers for every 5 residents. At night time we have a 1 to 5 ratio.
Our property is located on over 1.5 acres of land. We have a big front and back yard that the residents can enjoy. We have a table outside where resident can enjoy a nice morning coffee or lunch when the weather allows. We accept pets depending on the situation, we would need to talk to the family at the time to see if we can afford to have more pets in the property.
We have 24/7 staff looking over the residents to take care of them and keep them safe. Additionally, we have double door knobs and double lock systems in our property to keep wanderers from going outside unnoticed.
