Summerfield Retirement is conveniently situated across the street from Timpanogos Hospital and close to a variety of shopping centers. Each resident has a customized care plan that caters to their individual assistance and medical requirements. A team of certified caregiving associates is always on hand to provide help with personal care tasks and medication management. All apartments are fitted with private bathrooms, kitchenettes and 24/7 call-light assistance systems. An on-site registered nurse assists with medical issues and continuously monitors the general health and well-being of residents. An on-site beauty salon and barber shop keep residents looking their best at all times. Three delicious meals are served each day, and residents are able to choose from a variety of meal options. Activities offered include scenic outings, LDS church services on Sundays, crafts, bingo and fitness classes.
