Legacy House of South Jordan

Legacy House of South Jordan provides personalized care for residents who require assisted living or memory care. In the assisted living program, residents work with staff members to design a personalized care plan. Services include help with daily living activities and medication monitoring as well as housekeeping and laundry. Three meals per day and snacks are included, as is a 24-hour emergency call system for extra peace of mind. Residents are welcome to gather in comfortable common areas, which include walking paths and gardens in the landscaped grounds. They can exercise in the fitness room, enjoy a round of cards in the game room or watch a movie in the theater. Residents who require memory care live in a secure environment, where they receive full care and participate in programming geared toward their abilities.
