FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
There are door alarms on each exterior door provide an alert to staff if residents have exited the building for any reason.
Our residents are an average age of about 70-75, and are quite active and social in our community! They contribute to the activities program and give direct input into the activities that are scheduled.
We provide a full activities program to bring vitality to your life!
We are close to many local stores, library, senior center, and YMCA! With in walking distance of public transportation to take you where ever your heart desires!
We provide Home style meals with Restaurant style service! We are able to accommodate diabetic and low salt diets as well!
Frequent calls are made by the Wellness Department in regards to health status. Families are also welcome to be involved in their loved ones care as much as they are able.
There is always a minimum of 2 care staff members on each shift!
We have a beautiful walking path around the community, as well as a gated area to allow your pet to roam free! There are also local walk ways nearby the community for those days you need to stretch your legs a little further!
We have monthly staff meetings to provide education and training, as well as twice daily meetings guidance on how to best care for each resident. Each of our care staff members have training in their Washington State Home Care Aid license, as well as many staff may also have further training and licenses, and have continued in training to gain their Medication Technician certificate as well!
We assist in arranging medical appointment transportation, and take routine trips through out the community for shopping or just for fun!
We have 24 hour staffing, and doors are locked and monitored after 7pm nightly.
