Tri-Cities Retirement Inn is in a residential neighborhood near Interstate 182's interchange with Highway 395 in Pasco, Washington. Registered nurses and trained caregivers work together 24/7 to provide assistance with daily tasks, such as getting dressed or eating meals, and respond to a resident call system connected to assigned pagers. Staff coordinate care and transportation with off-site specialists and are additionally trained to support insulin-dependent residents in need of diabetic care. Seniors can participate in an exercise and wellness program designed for their unique needs, and they can receive physical, speech and occupational therapy on-site. Three chef-prepared meals are served daily and can accommodate special diets, and snacks outside of mealtimes are also made readily available. Monthly costs cover housekeeping, trash removal and laundry services as well as phone, Wi-Fi and cable TV access.
