Alden Gardens of Waterford

Alden Gardens of Waterford offers seniors the opportunity to remain independent while receiving support and care to make their life as enjoyable and carefree as possible. Caregivers are available 24/7 to assist residents with their everyday activities as needed, such as showering, dressing, cooking, walking and running errands. A fitness and wellness program allows seniors to remain physically active and focuses on increasing agility, flexibility, strength and circulation. The community also has a daily recreational and social program for residents to take part in and includes bingo, ice cream socials, movie nights, trivia quizzes and outings to the Morton Arboretum. Throughout the year, Alden Gardens of Waterford invites local choir groups and musicians into the community to perform for residents.
