Green Leaf Care Center provides a supportive environment with a holistic approach to care involving emotional, spiritual, and physical wellness. Individualized care plans are created with input from the resident, from the family and from medical care providers. Caregivers are available around-the-clock to assist residents with activities of daily living. Licensed nurses are also available 24/7 to supervise care and manage medications and treatment plans. Residents have choices in every aspect of daily life from choosing when to wake up or go to sleep to selecting clothing and decorating rooms or apartments. Housekeeping and laundry services and scheduled transportation for medical appointments or personal errands are provided to give seniors more time to pursue hobbies and social interaction. Daily activities are adjusted according to residents' personal interests, such as group fitness classes, reading in comfortable lounges or exploring the nearby community.
