Heritage Place of Boerne is a luxury senior living community that offers a high level of care and elegant communal spaces. Regular wellness checks are conducted by a licensed nurse who monitors the health of all residents and updates their personal care plans as required. Each resident carries an emergency pendant and all of the apartments are fitted with emergency call buttons.
