Our dining is open from 7 am to 7 pm with three meals a day. We are part of the Vermont Fresh Network. sourcing foods from local farms. The Culinary Services Director, Arnd Sievers is a European Master Chef. He is from Hamelin, Germany and has worked internationally from Germany, Bermuda to Puerto and most formerly at the Mountain View Grand Resort and Spa in New Hampshire.
