At New Cassel Retirement Center, residents are assured that their health care, social and spiritual needs are well-supported. Sponsored by the School Sisters of St. Francis, this senior community has its own chapel for daily masses, and there are regular rosary prayers, Bible studies and interfaith worship services. Recreational activities include tai chi, bingo, arts and crafts, sing-alongs and happy hours. The facility’s partnership with Omaha-based Innovate Rehab and Wellness benefits residents with professional therapy and other medical services through the Caring 360° program. Caregivers use the PointClickCare electronic health care record system for real-time case monitoring and updates for enhanced delivery of care, and families can virtually stay connected with their loved ones via LifeLoop.
