Senior Living Systems uses the social model of care for the community so that residents don't feel isolated. Residents have the option to dine in a communal space so they can socialize during meals, or can choose to have meals delivered to their rooms. The activity calendar has ample options for everyone to enjoy and the Garden Gate Day Spa hosts yoga classes, strengthening programs and water programs. An on-site bistro and a salon are also open for residents and their guests. Outdoors, the landscaped grounds have gardens and a secure courtyard. An on-staff nurse creates a sixth-month care plan for each resident that is reviewed on a regular basis. Transportation is provided for appointments and planned shopping trips.
What Residents are Saying:
Senior Living Systems receives accolades for the atmosphere, food and staff. One reviewer says, "My mother has her own room at Senior Living Systems. It is very nice. The staff is great. They have a bistro, and she gets really good food."

Our Methodology

It’s not what we research, but the way we research that makes AssistedLiving.org stand out. We start by identifying problems and challenges in the senior care industry by gaining insight from conversations with industry professionals, older adults, and those that care for them. Next, our research team led by industry experts apply our data-driven research techniques to understand the magnitude of the challenge and how to overcome it. Finally, we present our findings in easy-to-understand guides and studies and share our actionable results with influencers and caregivers, as well as the general public.
