The Hearth at James is a small community that offers a cozy and homelike setting where seniors can truly relax. The dedicated caregiving team is available 24/7 to provide support and assistance to the residents as needed. Each resident has an individual care plan that is updated on a regular basis as their care needs change. Physical therapy services are offered on-site to help seniors to meet their personal movement goals.
