Hazelwood Manor

Hazelwood Manor Assisted Living is a renovated single-family home that cares for it's assisted living and memory care residents in a homelike environment. All residents each have their own private room and caregivers, as well as a licensed nurse, are always on the premises. Meals are provided daily in the community dining area and residents receive medical management and reminders to ensure they stay safe. All residents have call buttons, and a staff member is always available to monitor the safety of residents. On a normal day, residents can be found chatting in the living areas, engaging in card games or sitting outside on the patio with an iced tea or coffee.
