Fair Oaks Estates

Fair Oaks Estates is a locally owned facility providing compassionate and individualized assisted living, memory and hospice care for up to 63 residents. We selected this facility for our list of Carmichael's top 10 for the building's warm, homelike feel coupled with a festive atmosphere of frequent live musical performances and dance parties. The gated community has four landscaped acres for secure and fun outdoor activities. When not socializing with each other and the friendly, hospitable staff, residents can enjoy three healthy, well-balanced meals per day plus snacks in the restaurant-style dining hall.
