Our assisted living is licensed as an Assisted Living Level II facility. Our residents are varied but many lived in independent living before transitioning to assisted living. Their interests are varied as well. Some engage in a weekly bridge group while some enjoy reading and personal hobbies. We offer a weekly exercise class and other activities on a daily basis.

The activities offered vary by the community (independent living, assisted living, memory care, and nursing care) and typically include opportunities for physical wellness, social gatherings, crafts and hobbies, games, movies, and more.

We are located in west Little Rock near shopping areas, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and many other amenities. While these places are not within walking distance, we offer free transportation.

We offer free transportation to medical appointments, shopping, and other nearby locations within Little Rock.

What makes the chef or dining program at Parkway Village exceptional? What kind of menu can assisted living residents expect?

Our chef is culinary school trained. Assisted living residents receive three meals per day. Lunch and dinner includes a choice of two entrees, including a Heart Healthy entree.

What safety features or security measures does Parkway Village offer to assisted living residents?

Our grounds feature a gated entrance with 24-hour security. In assisted living we have 24 hour staffing by care staff, and each apartment features an emergency call system.

If Parkway Village accepts dogs or cats, what indoor/outdoor areas can they enjoy?

We accept dogs up to 25 pounds in our independent living apartments and up to 50 pounds in our independent living cottages and villas. Our grounds are 87 acres so we have plenty of space for pets to exercise outside!

What safety features or security measures does Parkway Village provide to protect residents who wander?

Our memory care apartments feature motion sensor lights and sensors that alert staff when a resident gets up at night. The memory care building features a wander management system that locks down doors when a resident who is prone to wander gets near. Our memory care building is also staffed 24 hours a day.

Operated by Baptist Health, Parkway Village is a continuing care retirement community specializing in assisted living and memory support. The facility's well-equipped campus features a 50-foot swimming pool, library, fitness room and multipurpose recreation center. These community spaces are used for a wide selection of daily activities, ranging from aqua aerobics and movie nights to book clubs and religious services.
