We create an environment that helps to maintain a sense of well being for persons who have Dementia. We promote residents ability to achieve and maintain the maximum level of independence possible by developing and maintaining a Cooperative Service Plan for them that is unique and identifies approach to each resident.

We allowed our residents to take their time and we offer choices. Staff is to know their preferences (how they like their coffee or tea).
