Manzanita Village is a resort-style Assisted Living and Memory Care located on 7.9 acres of land. This senior community has a direct easement into the adjacent shopping center for convenient access for all our residents shopping needs. We are also located minutes from University Medical Center and RUHS Medical Center. This beautiful, state-of-the-art community was purpose-built with true community in mind. The staff promotes the independence of the residents and helps them feel self-sufficient and right at home. From the moment you walk through the door, Manzanita Village feels like home. Our senior community offers resort-style assisted living that enables seniors to thrive and age in place. While each resident has their own assisted living apartment, our entire community is their home. Residents can sit and enjoy the company of their family and others in our various sitting and activity rooms. They can also share a lively discussion over a delicious home-cooked meal in our restaurant-style dining room. Residents can pursue their interests in all facets of our senior living community, by providing their input on menus, activities and more. Our Life Enrichment programs are designed around each residents specific interests. Daily participation in activities promotes maintaining cognitive, sensory, creative, and motor skills.
