Welcome to Madonna Manor! We are a very unique community that has been in Salinas as the first retirement community since 1961. Formerly a Catholic and women only facility, it is now open to all - both men and women. Come see our Ranch style community that features private or shared apartments with private baths and where each hall has its own laundry and kitchen areas. You can also explore our beautiful courtyards which are located out each door on our scenic 7 acre property. Our staff is committed to providing the best quality and highest value in independent and assisted living.
