Trip to the coast, an afternoon to the symphony, an evening dinner/play in Fresno, an outing to the zoo in Fresno, and so much more.
Currently half the people living at Quail Park on Cypress are independent. The average age of our independent residents is 86. They enjoy outings to art galleries, museums, happy hours before dining in our all-day dining room, putting green, and participating in our wellness programs that include exercise classes and educational opportunities.
Our exclusive residential community sits in view of the majestic Sierra Navadas. Quail Park on Cypress goes beyond the typical retirement offerings, providing a range of services with a variety of floor plans. Our Residents enjoy an abundance of amenties i.e. All-day dining, 24 hour Cafe, Putting green and Life Engagement Activites and events that appeal to all. There is an onsite health and wellness center , transportation and nurses available seven days a week.
Every resident is assessed when they move in and a follow-up 30 day assessment to ensure the correct care plan is in place. After their 30 day assessments, residents are assessed every six months or if a change of condition occurs.
All team members regardless if housekeepers or care team members are trained on our proprietary Tribute Program that in person centered and all acitivites and programs are customized based on the needs of the residents care plan.
Residents that wander will be required to have a 24 hour companion until placement in a secured community can be arranged.
All employees are required to have eight hours initial dementia training before being allowed to provide care at our community. Training is on-going throughout the year.
Our residents enjoy a private vehicle and bus with mechanical lift, if needed.
All resident's families are notified on a regular basis of any health changes or conditions by email, phone call, or written letter.
Each day of the month is specifically designed to meet the individual needs of the Residents incorporating meaningful activities that enrich the quaily of their lives. If you enjoy traditional bingo and games like bridge or scrabble there are plenty to choose from along with strength, balance, movement & chair fitness classes. We work to incorporate all dimensions of wellness i.e for intellectual wellness Ted Talks, Tai Chi or occupational wellness with clubs like Hook & Needles.
Our memory community is located on Kaweah Delta West Campus. We are steps away from an urgent care, laboratory and radiology services.
Quail Park is affiliated with Kaweah Delta Health Care District and utilized when care is needed.
Our Signature Dining program features chef- prepared options for Anytime Dining. Start your day off with eggs crafted to your liking or pancakes and enjoy a variety of salads, sanwiches for lunch and diner options might be salmon, pastas or chicken. Lot of dining options! In addition, to nutritional value for every meal we strive to meet specific dietary that residents may have. Our family style dining approach provides a warm, social environment.

Our teams are CPR & First Aid certified along with a whole host of courses that are mandatory for workign with older adults. We also go above and beyond and train team members on our proprietary Tribute Training that ensures everyone not just care team members
Pets are important and we believe part of the family. Open areas designated outside areas.
We have several agencies that provide services to Quail Park residents, as needed.
Easy access to freeway entrance and exit to easily get to downtown or Mooney Blvd. Visalia Adventure Park is a great place for grandkids to enjoy time with their grand parents. They are centrally located near a Walgreens, Fugazzis and on the Go to Cypress. In addition, to social outings and transportation for doctor visits, residents are centrally located and convenient to Kaweah Hospital and other area businesses.
Each apartment and cottage is equipped with an emergency call system. Plus we have a daily check-in system that allows us to know how everyone is doing on a daily basis while honoring their privacy and independence.
We have a beautiful courtyard and walking path that provides a perfect path to outdoor activity for our furry friends. All pets are required to be on a leach if out of their apartment.
Consistent communication is something we excel at and pride ourselves on whether it is family meetings set up with our Executive Director or other team members or through the various social mediums we have showcasing Residents in action on Facebook, Twitter, Instgram. In additon, monthly Life Engagment calendars and newsletters are published.
We offer an all-day dining program where residents enjoy ordering off a menu with multiple options. Evening meals include a choice of wine or beer with every entree'.
