Spring Harbor

Spring Harbor is a continuing care retirement community with resort-style amenities and a gracious Southern atmosphere. The reason we included this community on our list, however, is its vast array of floor plan options. With 16 different plans, ranging from studio apartments to garden villas, seniors of all living preferences are sure to be satisfied. Many apartment options feature unique amenities, such as fireplaces, walk-in closets and laundry rooms.The welcoming communal spaces of the campus often help seniors socialize and gain new interests, whether they prefer to do laps in the indoor pool, attend a live theater show or create a birdhouse in the woodworking shop.
