Norwood Crossing

Serving Chicago since 1896, Norwood Crossing provides studio and one-bedroom apartments, including all utilities and all-inclusive assisted living services. The wellness center here hosts exercise groups four days a week, and features the Senior Fit Program. Other services in this facility include a beauty parlor, religious services, many physical therapies such as electric light therapy offered, live entertainment, and weekly outings with Norwood’s bus. There are many activities daily, at least seven on any given day, including book clubs, art therapy, community forums, and horserace viewings. There is a skilled team of nurses, caregivers, and social workers, all of whom are available seven days a week. Residents here can have extensive healthcare needs because of the full medical centers in-house, there is a focus on having fun, and residents here love the annual fashion shows, springs BBQs, and other events scheduled throughout the calendar.
