One and two-bedroomed apartments feature either a kitchen or kitchenette, allowing seniors to cook independently. Residents are served three meals a day with a wide variety of choices on offer. Chair yoga can help seniors improve their flexibility and exercise bikes and paved walking paths provide additional means of maintaining fitness.
