Comfort and Love is "Wichita's Premier Assisted Home Plus Community".
We are a brand new "home" and not a "facility". All rooms are spacious, private, and include full baths. We have a salon and walk-in tub available and are conveniently located just off K-96 in East Wichita.
Our home has state-of-the-art virus protection/air filtration systems, purified drinking water and we use non-toxic cleaners. We are family-friendly and our resident to care ratio is the best available anywhere.

FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
We provide ongoing training and expect our entire team to be certified. Out home is certified by the Residential Assisted National Association for meeting the highest industry standards.
We have 12 private rooms each with full baths. Our residents are in their 80s and 90s. They love to play games, talk together, watch TV and have family visits.
Each home has a 15 camera system for all public areas in order for our care team to best monitor the entire household.
We have weekly activities brought in including; musicians, yoga, story-tellers, local youth groups, We also have daily activities scheduled to keep our community active and involved.
We provide a nutritious and satisfying menu including regular healthy snacks throughout the day. We also have residents let us know their favorite dishes which we will celebrate a new resident each week.
Our residents utilize specialized senior transportations services including Lyft and Uber for seniors.
We provide each resident their personal CarePredict state-of-the-art care tracker. This way each resident has immediate access to our care team. Our team also know where each resident is at any moment in the day. We are located in the most upscale part of town on the east side of Wichita.. Our doors are always locked and we have 24/7 "awake staff". Someone is always there with our community and always ready to help.
We are conveniently located just one mile off K-96 in a very upscale part of town. There are plenty of restaurants with shopping and medical services near by.
We do not permit pets for obvious reasons.
Our care ratio is the outstanding. During the day we staff two care givers for 12 residents and in the evening one caregiver. Many larger facilities staff 15+ residents per caregiver during the day and 30+ for each caregiver at night.
