This assisted living community is conveniently located near downtown Alexandria, only less than a mile from the city's cultural attractions, riverfront parks and Rapides Regional Medical Center. Its three-level building is adjacent to a block-sized plot that contains the community's resident garden for growing herbs and vegetables. Nutritious meals are served daily with kosher and vegetarian options. The apartments are handicap-accessible and with private bathrooms. Other amenities include a gym room, library, salon and multipurpose dining room for parties and other group activities. Residents are supported by 24-hour care aides and on-duty RN/LPN staff, and they have access to on-site physical, occupational and speech therapy, podiatry and on-call physician services. Concierge, respite and hospice services are also available.
