FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
Average age is 85, 25% male. Seated/optional standing exercise classes; arts & crafts hosted by Prince Georges Community College, happy hour with musical entertainment and concerts in the outdoor courtyard.
Arbor offers six stages of engaged living including: Purposeful living, Deep Connections, Arts & Education, Health & Wellness, Spiritual Journey, Recreation and Leisure. Creative and critical thinking offers an American History program through Prince Georges Community College.
We offer off-site weekly shopping excursions and monthly off-site activities including museums, ball games, etc. In addition, we offer a walking club every other week and weather permitting it is off-site at a nearby park.
Transportation as part of a group outing is included in the monthly fee. Transportation to doctors' appointments is offered at an additional charge.
We offer restaurant-style dining with menus presented to residents at each meal. In addition, we offer an Always Available menu for residents not interested in daily entree choices. There is a resident Food committee that meets monthly with the Chef to provide input on menu planning.
The community is secured with entrance only by admission by the concierge from 8AM to 8PM. Security cameras are located throughout the interior of the building.

Arbor Terrace accepts dogs or cats depending on the ability of the resident to provide pet care.
